FAQ’s

  • There is absolutely nothing needed to prepare for an Energy Reading with Fiona. You are more than welcome to have pre-prepared questions or to come with specific aspects of life you’d like to request guidance for, though this is not essential for your reading.

    Fiona’s approach ensures that you will receive the guidance that is most aligned for where you are currently at on your path.

  • All readings are conducted online via zoom. A recording of your reading will be made available post-session.

  • Fiona’s personal approach to energetic readings is to work with the Akash, a Sanskrit word which translates to ‘the ether’. All life, all experience, all opportunity is a manifestation of energy coming into form. To experience an Energy Reading is to explore - beyond our conditioning - the possibility that exists within your energy and the ether of all the spaces and connections you currently find yourself in.

    To receive this guidance, Fiona will tune into your Akashic field (or energetic field) to share with you all she picks up on.

  • For many clients an Energy Reading can be an emotional experience as it often offers us connection to parts of self that may have been suppressed. While this can create a lot of big feelings, it is a positive step towards creating a more fully expressed version of ourselves.

    A lot of energy can be released during a reading - old beliefs, emotions, experiences that are being held onto and not serving us - which may leave you feeling a little tired after a session. This is totally normal. Allow yourself extra rest in the day(s) following if you feel that your body needs it.

  • First and foremost, listen to your intuition on this. You will likely receive a clear feeling when it is time for you to tune back in again.

    Majority of clients will book in for readings every few months, allowing enough time between sessions to integrate the guidance received.

    For those leading fast-paced businesses and/or creative vocations the frequency is often higher, timed in line with business milestones or creative projects.
