JULY 02: On intuition.
Your intuition is not complicated. We just need to learn how it to hear it - beyond our fear, beyond our conditioned, rational mind.
This episode closes out July - a month that was centered around listening - with a response to a question I received on repeat in varying forms;
"How do I know if it's my intuition or my [anxiety/fear/conditioning/past patterns/etc.]?"
Here I share the same response I offer each time this question arises. It's one of those answers that is simple, and yet not always so easy. With that in mind, the episode also includes a short exercise to help you move past your fears, and past your rational mind, to tune into your higher guidance (one perhaps worth saving to come back to when you need it!).

JULY 01: The forecast.
July is the month for expanding your receptivity to allow for deeper connection.
This episode explores the energy of July - a month centred on the feminine energy of receptivity and how to work with it in the form of listening.
After June's work of maturing the masculine, a block has cleared, creating an opening to experience a new level of love and connection - not only romantic love, but the love of community, collaborators, and chosen family, as well as the kind of love experienced via connection to something greater than the self.
The way in is through listening - growing our capacity to listen in its various forms; listening to another, listening with your senses, and listening to something higher.
This is a moment to explore the patterns and traits that can prevent us from truly listening and block our receptivity.

JUNE 02: On dating.
Attracting the kind of connection you desire requires action, yes, but perhaps not quite the kind the conditioned mind believes is necessary.

This isn't about gender. It's about the discipline, structure, consistency and responsibility that we each carry in us, and what happens when we under-utilize these abilities.
April placed focus in bringing new levels of visibility and recognition. New opportunities opened. Something shifted.
And now, with that new level of success comes a new level of responsibility. The pressure of which can create a very predictable response: lethargy, overwhelm, and the bodily urge to lie down.
This episode offers a framework and some guidance for moving this resistance across your vocation, your health, and your relationships.
