Who is it for?

For those who notice themselves both looping in relationship patterns and also feeling blocked in reaching the next level in their chosen vocation or creative work.

In the session…

This will be a moment for you to reflect on the deep fears carried in the psyche that may be hiding from view - the fears and past hurts that keep you held in relational loops, repeating the same dynamics, challenges, or conflicts.

You will then explore the ways in which these patterns may spill over into your vocation and creative work - silently keeping you limited - and define an approach to shift yourself out of the loop.

90 minutes of:

- Meditation and guided visualization

- Guidance on common patterns, fears, and actions to shift them

- Journaling with guided prompts
