I work privately with creatives, entrepreneurs, and public figures who are called to devote themselves fully to their creative life and vision.
This is an approach to coaching that explores all the parts of self that connect to your work in the world. It is a deep, integrated practice of undoing what blocks you - in the subconscious, in the energetic field, and in conscious awareness - anchoring you into your truest expression and purpose.

About Fiona.
My practice is informed by certifications in health coaching, holistic nutrition, personal training, and Kundalini yoga — alongside deep studies in philosophy, quantum physics, behavioral psychology, Human Design, the Akashic Records, and ancient wisdom traditions.
With a background in luxury fashion branding and marketing, I also bring over a decade of experience working alongside world-renowned creatives and designers, which has led to a deep understanding of what is required of us to build a successful, creative expression in the world.
Additional studies include a Bachelor of Creative Arts along with an Executive MBA which further informs my work to support entrepreneurial and creative leaders.

Overcoming blocks around the voice - defining your unique message and tone
Deepening your presence and public identity — so your work resonates with the right people
Exploring the various fears that may stand in the path of your vision and developing strategies to work with them
