Where and how might you be unconsciously recreating instability because it is what you know best? If instability or inconsistency is something familiar to your nervous system, we can unconsciously create circumstances for ourselves that hold us in this known pattern. This week offers some guidance on how to teach the nervous system something new - safety in stability.

Where does your mind fixate on seeking confirmation of your value, your path, or your choices outside of you? Where do you find yourself repeatedly seeking answers through conversation with others, versus quieting the mind and listening to yourself? This week places emphasis on grounding activities that may take the workload off of the mind.

March places focus on our value - exploring the beliefs we hold around just how valuable our talents are, and beliefs of what we get to receive in return for sharing them. This first week of the month asks us to get comfortable with holding more responsibility in our vocation. Where are you being called into a new level of leadership? Where is there space for you to expand your value?

This week asks for an experiment on stillness. In moments of calm, of quiet, of ‘doing nothing’, how still do you actually allow yourself to be? Where might the mind create stories of time-wasting, or backward movement - rather than acknowledging the necessity of stillness for your growth and forward motion?

Moving into the Year of the Fire Horse, there is momentum building and powerful energy available to carry us forward in leaps and bounds.
